 per, LCSW, GPC is the Chief Strategic Initiatives Officer for National Safe
  Place Network and the Director of RHYTTAC (Runaway and Homeless Youth Trai
 ning and Technical Assistance Center) based in Louisville, KY. Tammy has wo
 rked with the RHY and street youth populations for more than 25 years and h
 as provided contracted therapeutic interventions and response with Mobile C
 risis Units and PASAAC (Project Against the Sexual Abuse of Appalachian Chi
 ldren). She has served as Chair of the National Council on Youth Policy and
  as Director of Public Policy for the National Network for Youth. Tammy is 
 an advocate and enthusiastic believer in youth development and is committed
  to working with individuals and organizations that embrace the power and p
 romise that comes from partnering with youth.<br/><br/> <br/>Sergeant Byron
  Fassett has been with the Dallas Police Department for 29 years.  He serve
 d as a Patrol Officer and a Detective before moving to the Child Exploitati
 on Squad in 1990 where he has specialized in conducting investigations invo
 lving the sexual abuse and exploitation of children for the past 19 years. 
  The Child Exploitation Squad, which Sergeant Fassett is responsible for su
 pervising, handles approximately 1,100 cases a year, consists of 15 detecti
 ves, and is divided into three teams; the Investigations Team, the High Ris
 k Victims and Trafficking Team, (HRVT) and the Internet Crimes Against Chil
 dren Team (ICAC).  These teams investigate child abductions, child pornogra
 phy, victimization of children through prostitution, sexual assaults of chi
 ldren by non-family members/strangers, Internet facilitated sexual abuse of
  children, and other forms of sexual abuse and exploitation of children.  H
 e has been designated as a Special Investigator for the Attorney General's 
 Office of the State of Texas and a Special Deputy for United States Marshal
 l's Service.
