 pper, LCSW, GPC is the Chief Strategic Initiatives Officer for National Saf
 e Place Network and the Director of RHYTTAC (Runaway and Homeless Youth Tra
 ining and Technical Assistance Center) based in Louisville, KY. Tammy has w
 orked with the RHY and street youth populations for more than 25 years and 
 has provided contracted therapeutic interventions and response with Mobile 
 Crisis Units and PASAAC (Project Against the Sexual Abuse of Appalachian Ch
 ildren). She has served as Chair of the National Council on Youth Policy an
 d as Director of Public Policy for the National Network for Youth. Tammy is
  an advocate and enthusiastic believer in youth development and is committe
 d to working with individuals and organizations that embrace the power and 
 promise that comes from partnering with youth.\n\n \nSergeant Byron Fassett
  has been with the Dallas Police Department for 29 years.  He served as a P
 atrol Officer and a Detective before moving to the Child Exploitation Squad
  in 1990 where he has specialized in conducting investigations involving th
 e sexual abuse and exploitation of children for the past 19 years.  The Chi
 ld Exploitation Squad, which Sergeant Fassett is responsible for supervisin
 g, handles approximately 1,100 cases a year, consists of 15 detectives, and
  is divided into three teams; the Investigations Team, the High Risk Victim
 s and Trafficking Team, (HRVT) and the Internet Crimes Against Children Tea
 m (ICAC).  These teams investigate child abductions, child pornography, vic
 timization of children through prostitution, sexual assaults of children by
  non-family members/strangers, Internet facilitated sexual abuse of childre
 n, and other forms of sexual abuse and exploitation of children.  He has be
 en designated as a Special Investigator for the Attorney General's Office o
 f the State of Texas and a Special Deputy for United States Marshall's Serv
 ice.
